Cool Sunshine Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing our two A/C units. They were very careful working in the house and around tricky landscaping outside!
“We purchased a furnace and air conditioner from Cool Sunshine in Oct. of 2020. They were very professional and were able to complete the installation quickly. We started using the air conditioner in late Spring of 2021 and discovered a problem. The Cool Sunshine folks responded quickly, found the problem and fixed it. This issue was even covered by the warranty. We ended up getting some landscaping done and had to have Cool Sunshine move the air conditioner out and then back into place. Even though this was one of their busiest times (with 90+ degree days), Cool Sunshine fit us into their schedule so we didn't have to go too long without our air conditioning. The representatives that came to do the work were courteous, knowledgeable and kind.”

If we’re going to talk about; reliability, Dependability, courtesy and absolute professionalism, then we need to address Cool Sunshine and their employees! I’ve done business with Cool Sunshine many times and I will forever be a repeat customer! Whenever I have any issues with my hvac system, my first thought it always to call them! Joy and Nichole in the office are always so nice and friendly, the service guys are always extremely professional and friendly as well!! I have never had any issues with anyone from the company! Cool Sunshine came out at short notice to help us fix the igniter on our furnace when it went out on one of the coldest winter nights. We were so grateful they saved us from frozen pipes! They did a great, thorough job and were very reasonable. They’re now our go-to!
We had Cool Sunshine come out and replace our a/c and furnace when the other guys we had were trying to rip us off! The other company was not only trying to sell us an older model and reduce our efficiency, they were killing us with installation costs. So happy we were fortunate enough to work with such a skilled and professional team. What we thought would take an entire day took half the time. They were also so tidy with their workmanship. We are so happy with our new unit. You will not be disappointed with the work these guys do! Thanks so much!
